What is small business coaching?

Small business coaching targets the business world from individuals just getting started to sole proprietors and corporate executives. Small business coaching is a different way of focusing your energy. In today’s global marketplace, there is a need for greater inclusiveness and diversity in order to be competitive. That is why in a purposeful, focused way, clients learn to foster heightened attention and new awareness upon their business for better results.

Small business/mentor coaching is:

  • A trusting and collaborative environment that focuses on the client
  • A supportive, encouraging relationship that promotes personal fulfillment
  • A positive style of interaction which encourages a greater sense of freedom and control
  • Mentor coaching for building a successful coaching business

You may already be an entrepreneur in business, or dream of one day becoming a small business owner. In either event, to achieve success, there are many challenges you face, which require confidence, imagination, and clarity. That is why, now more than ever, a strategic alliance with a small business coach is invaluable (see my resume).

Ten typical ways in which I help my small business clients achieve virtually any goal they set for themselves (see testimonials):

  1. Cultivating specific strategies
  2. Developing a plan of action
  3. Setting goals
  4. Mastering time management
  5. Refocusing productive energy
  6. Eliminating procrastination
  7. Discovering a competitive edge
  8. Handling employee situations
  9. Improving customer service
  10. Marketing and promotion

Who are my clients?

My clients are members of the business community with an eye toward the competitive edge. Not only do they look for perspective, focus, and consistency, but also to reshape their attitude and expectations. In other words, small business coaching is another way of promoting reflection, self-discovery, and openness to taking action that is more effective. Who are my clients? Here is a brief list:

  • Coaches
  • Entrepreneurs
  • Franchise owners
  • Network marketers
  • Small business owners
  • Real estate professionals
  • Professionals in private practice
  • Individuals wanting to start their own business
  • Executives wanting to start their own business

Three important things to consider

For you to find the right small business coach requires more than a little luck. To make a sound decision, several important factors need to be considered first:

  1. Personality: Every coach has his or her own unique combination of personality, style, and methodology. Will it be sufficiently action-oriented and goal-driven to help you develop your own natural talents and abilities? I offer a free 30-minute consultation to determine if we are compatible.
  2. Experience: Every coach has a different level of competence and mastery. Is it the right combination of training, experience, and compatibility necessary to be calm, supportive, sensitive, and clear about your needs? Read testimonials from others about my coaching abilities.
  3. Fees: Many coaches offer only long-term package deals. Is this financially convenient for your budget? Each of my clients is special. You are unique and that is how I structure my fees.

Why delay any longer? You can change your life right now!
